Bear Mountain Healthcare is actively seeking an experienced and creative Regional Corporate Director of Education for our skilled nursing facilities throughout Massachusetts. Hybrid position with remote work.

The Corporate Director of Education directs and designs curriculum to train and update the skills and knowledge of in-service nurses. They will evaluate the department’s performance and ensure that all federal and state regulatory requirements are met and provide input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. The director must be capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.

Hours:

• Full Time – 40 hours

• This position will travel to facilities as well as work remotely.

Requirements:

• RN license in the state required.

• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or long-term care facility, including geriatric and/or psychiatric nursing preferred.

• Must be vaccinated against Covid-19, per MA regulations.
