  • Location: Southern California including North Hollywood, Garden Grove, and Corona.
  • Travel required to multiple client locations in the region.
  • 75,000 – 80,000 / year DOE

Job Summary

The Regional Client Services Manager has direct customer service contact with our clients in support of our Canteen programs. The goal is to provide outstanding service that builds long-term relationships and results in high customer satisfaction and contract renewals/extensions. This is accomplished by increasing our regional alignment and relationships with key stakeholders. This position assists in operational set-up, accountability/oversight of service issues and regional trends, identifying opportunities, site visits/audits/improvement plans, off-program service requests, and ensuring new sites are being installed according to national standards. The role reports to the Canteen Division President with a dotted line to Canteen One’s RVP.

  • Ongoing analysis of the business by analyzing local partners, client and Canteen One financial performance
  • Recommend and present information to the corporate client’s local and regional contacts
  • Facilitate meetings with internal resources to address issues
  • Build, maintain and sustain relationships with clients
  • Conduct quarterly meetings and business reviews with all top regional accounts
  • Serve as communication point for Canteen One and ensure all relevant information is getting facilitated throughout Canteen One
  • Liaise with management and field personnel
  • Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the contract
  • Assist in program post-mortems and recommend changes to implement based on conclusions / findings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three years of service business/account management experience preferred, or a high school diploma with two years post-secondary education with an equivalent of five years of service business experience with three years in account management
  • Operational experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills coupled with a strong customer service orientation required
  • Demonstrated ability to use both analytical and intuitive judgment and sound decision making in interpreting, developing and applying new methods and policies that affect the business
  • Proven ability to work independently and to grow and maintain long-term positive internal and external work relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare, analyze and present business reviews to client contacts that explain our programs and make recommendations for growth opportunities
  • Timeliness and accuracy coupled with demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize business requirements
  • High level of proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook required
  • PowerPoint experience preferred
