Job Summary: Assist the server to which he/she is assigned for the duration of the shift. Prepares tea, coffee, ice; stocks glassware, dinnerware and plates; pre-busses assigned stations. Assists all customers in dining room. Breaks down bussed items in dishwashing area. Inspects tables/chairs of assigned section and reports any damage noticed to Manager or supervisor on duty; Clears and resets tables, cleans ashtrays in smoking sections; Removes and separates dishware, glassware and silverware for washing.
Job Qualifications: High school diploma or general education diploma (GED); or six months to one year job-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
Mescalero Apache Tribal Preference. Bi-cultural experience preferred.
