Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruiting position (preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Able to work consistenly supervised/unsupervised

Responsibilities:

• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews
• Oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials, and interview processes.
• Manages onboarding/ hiring process

Platinum Home Solutions LLC is quickly growing and is looking for a Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for developing new sources of labor, onboarding and training new employees, working with other departments to ensure that objectives are met, optimizing staffing levels and hiring qualified candidates. This position has the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment with the other department managers and collaeges who share a passion for helping others succeed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Voorhees, NJ 08043: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
