Remote Associate Student Admissions Recruiter (Remote)

Online college seeks Remote Associate Student Admissions Recruiter responsible for handling follow-up with prospective students and coordination with the admissions team for interviews. Additional responsibilities include conducting admissions interviews (virtually) with prospective students. The role requires the ability to clearly articulate the features and value of the college’s educational offerings in addition to conducting a substantive needs assessment for prospective students. The successful candidate will use the highest ethical and professional standards to conduct assessment, interview, and follow up with prospective students.

The position requires strong presentation and organizational skills along with a high degree of accountability. Representatives must be able to manage a high volume of outreach including follow up with 25+ prospective students daily in addition to conducting weekly interviews, as needed, while providing post-enrollment support and/or coordination of support to students. Admissions Recruiters are expected to maintain conversion goals based on historical norms.

The position requires a high sense of urgency, ability to balance competing priorities, and effectiveness while maximizing productivity. Employees are expected to work independently within a team setting and must possess strong organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Competency in working with a CRM database required.

As a remote position, candidates must have a quiet in-home office space, a computer and webcam, and reliable phone & Wi-Fi service.

Requirements

1+ years’ experience in college recruitment or sales environment.

Demonstrated experience in meeting established metrics (goals, expectations, conversions) preferred.

This is a part-time position. All times are shown in the Eastern Time Zone. Employees may live in different time zones but will need to work during the times listed below):

Day: Monday - Friday 12:00 noon – 4:00pm EST

Evening: Monday - Friday 5:00pm - 9:00pm EST

Occasional weekend availability may be required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
