Automotive Receptionist

$16 - $19 per hour + Shift Differential Depending on Experience + Great Benefits!

Mac Haik Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM is looking for knowledgeable and friendly Receptionists to join our dealership team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. As a Receptionist, you will receive calls at the dealership, determine the nature of their business, and direct callers to their destination. You will also answer basic inquiries, take messages, and provide basic information regarding the dealership to all prospective customers.

Evening shift:
Monday – Friday: 1:00 pm – 8:00 pm and
every other Saturday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Responsibilities – Receptionist:

• 
  Greets showroom customers and determines the nature of their visit.
• Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduces the customer to a salesperson.
• Answers incoming phone calls and directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message.
• Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
• Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Assists with clerical duties as requested.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements - Receptionist:

• 
  Experience is preferred
• Must be available to work weekends
• Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures is a plus
• Strong keyboard and organizational skills
• Good communications skills
• Ability to multi-task in a sometimes high-stress, demanding environment
• Honest, respectful, and trustworthy
• High school diploma or equivalent
