Position Summary: We are looking for a hard worker with strong customer service and multi-tasking skills in a busy office setting, for our Office, Southern Utah Spine and Rehab, in the Physical Therapy department.

Essential Job Functions:

• Answer and direct calls in a professional manner
• Greet patients.
• Schedule appointments
• Check patients in and out.
• Collecting payments and co-pays
• Patient Service
• Insurance authorization
• Work with physical therapists
• Help with aide duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must have a great desire to provide patients and medical staff with the highest level of patient service.
• Computer knowledge and experience preferred.
• Able to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• High school or GED required.
• Knowledge with Physical Therapy a plus

Hours: Part time position 20-25 Hours a week M-F 8:00AM-6:00PM
