Job description
Employee change to part-time status results in our search for a full-time receptionist/clerk. Our hire will file court documents and payment schedules, handle mail, answer questions by e-mail/phone/in person, make files, data entry, help with preparation of paperwork, make deliveries throughout the Blair County Courthouse and externally as necessary, make payment schedules and payment booklets, and support office personnel.
Requirements
Qualified applicants must hold a high school diploma or GED; minimum of six months' work experience, preferably as a receptionist or office assistant; possess a strong customer service orientation; effective interpersonal skills; a courteous, patient, and professional demeanor; ability to maintain confidentiality; and computer literacy.
