Receptionist –Full Time for Summit Surgical in Fresno, CA Hours: 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM

Receptionist needed for busy, multispecialty ASC with 7 OR's- United Surgical Partners International is a company that specializes in the development and operation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities in the U.S. We provide first-class surgical services for local communities and recognize our employees as our number one assets. The Registration Coordinator interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff; Admit patients and process their paperwork; Update patient demographics/information in system; Collect monies due and document in the billing system; Handle funds per office procedure. Answer incoming phone calls.

Hourly Range: $18 - $23 / Hour

Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One year previous experience or some hospital clerical experience.
• Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties.
• Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• Good communication skills.
