The primary role as a receptionist is to connect with patients and create excellent experience; by extending a warm welcome, addressing questions or concerns, and creating a positive and comfortable atmosphere. What You Will Do
- Connect with patients through meaningful conversations.
- Help patients feel valued by creating rapport, remembering their names, their interests, and stories.
- Build patient trust by answering questions, addressing worries, respecting boundaries, and being sensitive to their individual challenges.
- Rotate through various office tasks throughout the day.
What We Are Looking For
- High School Diploma/ GED.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, basic math skills.
- Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- 1+ year of full-time experience in a reception or high-volume customer service industry.

Full-time (3 13-hour shift)

Office Hours:
Monday-Friday: 6 am-8 pm, Saturday: 7 am-7 pm
In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act this position pays $19.50/hour.
