This is a team-based, commission position.

$45,000 - $150,000+ per year

• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
• Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
• Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
• Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood

As a Real Estate Apprentice, you will:

• Build relationships with clients and potential clients via email, text, social media, and in-person connections
• Guide clients through one of their life major milestones in their life by educating them, providing resources, and advocating for their best interests
• Guide investor clients through the short-term rental investment process
• Provide expert knowledge of the current real estate market
• Show properties to potential clients both one-on-one and open houses (must be flexible with your schedule)
• Learn what is important to a client and help them meet their housing goals
• Advise clients on preparing their property for the market, pricing strategies, and negotiate the best terms for them based on their goals
• Work in a team environment
• Reach your goals faster and more efficiently

• Past sales experience is preferred
