Our Morgan Hill office is looking for a professional Real Estate Sales Professional to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. A Real Estate Sales Professional responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine client's needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
• Display and market real property to possible buyers.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.

Requirements

• Licensed real estate agent or enrolled in real estate school. If you are not licensed check out our real estate school. Use WC30 for 30% off.
• Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
• Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
• Strong listening skills
• Great customer service
• Trustworthy and results-driven
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Must be 18+
