Real Estate Assistant & Property Management Assistant
Job description
Looking for an energetic and passionate team member to solidify growing real estate team. Must have a PA Real Estate License. Office base is in Murrysville, PA with the blended ability to work from home.
Transaction coordinator (TC) will assist in facilitating communications and paperwork for all constituents in real estate sales and leasing transactions. This position will act as the hub of communication for all team members. Duties to include but not limited to preparing sales and listing agreements, appointment coordinator, scheduling of vendors for photos and inspections.
In addition this position will assist in supporting all aspects of our property management business. These duties would include renewal/non renewal notifications, monitoring of accounts payables/receivables, preparing leases, coordinating inspections and vendor management for maintenance.
Ideal candidate will have digital marketing experience with social media and listing sites such as the West Penn Multi List, Apartments.com, Craigslist, etc...
Ability and Desire to Attend Sales, Listing, & Leasing appointments a plus.
Skills required - Great attitude! Character, Integrity, & Willingness to do what it takes to move the team forward. Proficient in Microsoft Office, GMAIL Suite, Social Media, West Penn Multi List, Zipforms (Docusign) etc... PA Real Estate License.
Hours - Part time to Full Time
$12-$15 / hour plus commission
