Part time.

Compile mailing lists. Escrow transaction coordinating. Organize schedule. Help with air bnb staging and bookings. Put together rehab budget. Assist with construction bids.

Must have 1 year experience in real estate and reliable car.

2 days a week. Flexible.

I have bought 20 rentals (and remodeled), wholesaled 30, and about 5 on market brokerage transactions in the last 3 years. 17 years experience in real estate and construction. Flipping a house in lake forest park now. Trying to buy another one now. Need prospect assisting.

Putting together an air bnb in renton (amazon furniture). 3000 square foot house plus 700 square foot apartment. Need Interior design and purchase assisting.

Doing a construction job in tacoma to install water line for investor friend who is working on a flip. Need Assist with permits, coordinating, etc.

Health care insurance paid for after 3 months.
