We’re expanding and looking for an experienced Quality Technician!

Responsibilities:

• Perform product and manufacturing process audits on the shop floor.

• Assist with training operators to perform required part inspections.

• Perform part inspections as needed to ensure conformance to specifications.

• Perform incoming raw material inspections, as deemed necessary.

• Input accurate and timely data into quality reporting systems.

• Oversee and manage on-hold process, including disposition of suspect parts.

• Provide day-to-day priorities and guidance to quality inspectors.

• Proactively identifies, proposes, and implements applicable solutions.

• Communicate with quality team members and supervisors regarding quality issues found.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of related quality experience.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection devices.
• Must have strong communication skills to understand inspection requirements.
• Stong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft applications, such as excel, word, and outlook.
• Perform part inspections as needed to ensure conformance to specifications.
• **Basic problem-solvingskills and abilities.**

You should be proficient in:

• Blueprint Reading
• Quality Inspection Experience

Salary info:

$19 - $22 / hr
