Our team is partnering with a prominent manufacturing client in West Bend, WI with their search for a Quality Manager. Our client is open to considering candidates in a career direct hire (i.e. permanent) capacity, or a worker as a 3-6 month contractor while they continue their long-term search. Compensation is estimated at $50.00 - $65.00 per hour. This is an onsite, full-time, first shift opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and sustain quality system - documenting processes and auditing compliance to ensure processes are meeting customer requirements
• Manage corrective action processes to achieve cost reductions
• Supplier qualification
• Manage department and team
• Variance analysis
• Utilize lean methodologies

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 3-5 years of quality management / supervisor experience in a manufacturing organization
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field highly preferred
• Black or Green belt certification preferred
• Strong analytical abilities (proficient with Excel)
• Self-starter mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
