Job description

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies for our foam and rubber production process.

· Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.

· Investigate and resolve quality issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.

· Monitor and analyze quality performance data and provide regular reports to management.

· Collaborate with production teams to improve product quality and optimize manufacturing processes.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, and ensure that our products comply with all requirements.

· Manage a team of quality control technicians and provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, chemistry, materials science).

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control in the foam and rubber industry.

· In-depth knowledge of foam and rubber manufacturing processes and related quality control procedures.

· Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM, REACH).

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Experience managing a team is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
