Participates in the quality assurance process and follows up to ensure that all information system products and services meet company standards and end-user requirements for new small scale configuration management requirements.
Job Description:

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintaining defect documentation in appropriate software. Assisting in generating problem resolutions and reporting.
  • Recognizing and identifying areas where policies and procedures need to be changed or developed.
  • Tracking quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.
  • Developing, publishing, and implementing test plans. Writing, maintaining and automating software testing.
Job Qualifications
Education
  • Associates Degree in Business, Computer Science or equivalent work experience required. (Equivalent years of experience are determined as one year of technical experience for every year of college requested).
Experience
  • 3 years - Experience with systems from a configuration, auditing or end-user perspective required.
Skills\Certifications
  • Ability to conceive and deliver innovative solutions
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
  • Demonstrated presentation and team facilitation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Capacity to solve problems and manage multiple assignments with critical deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fundamental knowledge of Facets medical and dental product configuration applications
Job Specific Requirements:
  • Looking for someone who is detail oriented and has experience in Facets from Customer Service, Claims, or Configuration perspective.
  • Experience with auditing would be preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with Facets is required..
  • Access experience preferred.
  • Excel experience preferred.
