Primary Responsibilities:
- Reviews property work product from the field operation based on authority level and provides appropriate feedback in accordance with good adjustment practices and client instructions and consideration.
- Subject to individual authority, makes necessary revision decisions and provides clear and concise communication to the field for work product improvement and finalization. On files above authority, reports internally to Director with thoughts and recommendations for the file for review.
- Reviews/researches coverage and other handling issues to make sure things are being addressed properly
- Identifies various trends and issues that arise in the field operation and works with management to address and improve.
- Conducts calls with field staff as necessary to review work and action plans moving forward on particular files as necessary.

Key Job Requirements:*
- Bachelors’ degree required. 5+ years of additional property claims experience in lieu of Bachelors' degree may be considered.
- 3+ years’ homeowners’ property claims experience.
- Ability to review, interpret and apply insurance policies to various claims situations.
- Experience preparing estimates in Xactimate as well as work product interaction via Xactanalysis.
- Experience handling property claims in the field preferred
- Industry designations such as AIC, CPCU, PTC highly preferred.
