Job Type/Status: Full Time
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conducts monthly file audits to be used in the generation of monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reports.
  • Aggregates and analyzes program level data for further reporting purposes.
  • Monitors all documentation, files, and facilities to ensure compliance within the program.
  • Demonstrates a basic knowledge of CFS' continuum of services and provides appropriate referral when applicable and needed.
  • Develops and conducts trainings to ensure ORR and CFS agency requirements are met.
  • Displays consistent ethical behavior and sound judgment.
  • Appropriately utilizes supervision process and Agency support in order to best execute assignments, duties, and responsibilities.
  • Demonstrates dependability, responsibility, and self-accountability in meeting position expectations.
  • Responsible for personal and collective safety of the organization by displaying consistent mindfulness as well as identifying and reporting safety issues and violations.
  • Attends all required staff meetings and trainings, program, and Center for Family Services activities.
  • Works in a professional manner with appropriate administrative staff in getting administrative information to agency managers.
  • Maintains program compliance with all funding and licensing procedures and requirements.
  • Discusses personal and professional staff issues, when necessary, only with appropriate individuals.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all areas of the service population and program operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in the Behavior Sciences, Human Services, or other relevant social services field.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills including, but not limited to, advanced knowledge of English and Spanish (i.e. meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar).
  • Strong intercultural competency awareness and skills required as well as commitment to expanding personal and collective knowledge and sensitivity.
  • Shows consistent initiative in all position responsibilities including but not limited to, identifying areas of needed improvement, problem solving, and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Exercises effective time management skills including, but not limited to, organizing and prioritizing work in order to meet deadlines.
  • Possesses the ability to effectively use technological tools and platforms in order to complete their work functions efficiently. Including, but not limited to, proficiency in: Microsoft Windows and corporate network resources, required software and systems including, but not limited to, electronic client record keeping, Gmail and additional web-based email services, the use of the internet in order to research and perform other tasks related to position and the use of basic office equipment (i.e. landline and smart phones, copier, fax machine)
  • Must complete all medical testing required by funders and/or licensing or oversight bodies, including but not limited to initial and ongoing: Mantoux Tuberculosis testing which may include an X-ray
  • Must pass a physical examination
  • Must complete all criminal background checks as required by funders and/or licensing or oversight bodies, including but not limited to initial and ongoing: Child Abuse Record Check (CARI)
  • Additional Federal, State and local criminal checks
