We are in search of a skilled QC Technician who will join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments of the manufacturing processes and the products on the factory floor.
Assist in teaching personnel to conduct required assessments of parts.
Perform inspections on parts when required to ensure they meet the required specifications.
Conduct assessments on incoming raw materials, as necessary.
Input accurate and timely data into quality reporting systems.
Supervise and handle the on-hold process, including the management of suspicious parts.
Provide daily supervision, direction, and priority to quality inspectors.
Proactively identify, propose, and implement suitable solutions.
Communicate with quality team members and supervisors about quality issues discovered.
Requirements:
- Completion of high school or its equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in a related quality assurance position.
- Experience handling inspection devices such as calipers and micrometers.
- Strong communication abilities to grasp inspection requirements.
- Keen attention to detail and precision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Perform required assessments of parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
- **Fundamental problem-solving abilities and talents.**
Proficiency in:
- Reading Blueprints
- Quality Inspection Experience
