Our Client, a global, science-led biopharmaceutical business is seeking a QA Specialist to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to work at a household name, get industry best training, and work with state of the art equipment, systems and products.

Summary:

Provides specialist support within the training and QA functions, i.e. maintenance of records, coordination of meetings, follow up on requests, and advice to attendees. Assists in support activities for example booking rooms, coordinating attendees, compiling materials.

Responsibilities:

• Supports digitization of training records and maintenance of manual training documentation.
• Coordinates and supports New Hire Orientation for FTE and Seasonal workers
• Administratively supports learning management System Admin (Cornerstone/SABA Cloud program) for PA site.
• Administratively supports the design, development and delivery of training programs
• Administratively supports site document management and other quality processes, as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required - some college strongly preferred
• Experience supporting the Training or Quality Assurance teams in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical organization
• Experience working in Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone/SABA strongly preferred)
• Experience with data processing
