The Provisioning Analyst is responsible for operational and project delivery within the team which includes User provisioning, Applications provisioning and Audit as well as Compliance, group management and windows permissioning. An understanding of Enterprise administration and various tools and processes is required. The analyst will help manage lifecycle of accounts through the Identity Governance tool, oversee compliance processes and access permissions to shared data, provisions, and de-provisions user account access, and provides audit compliant reviews for SOX and non-SOX applications. The team works closely with both internal and external audit teams and is considered an expert in these areas of compliance. The team works in a dynamic environment, providing a global service based in Bartlesville, OK.

Responsibilities May Include

Supporting the environment for user provisioning.

Complete account lifecycle management which includes creation, deletion, de-provision, changes, mailbox access for all varying account types for the Phillips 66 windows network/domain.

Supporting application provisioning and auditing which includes: the onboarding of applications for both internal and external applications.

Creation of audit documentation for each application in addition to provisioning access for each application.

Working with vendors and application owners for various troubleshooting.

Database administration for our application access database that houses the dataset and user information for each application.

Auditing of approximately 140+ applications and includes working with both internal auditors external EY auditors annually for various audits leveraging Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

Supporting Compliance, Access & Group Management which includes Data governance and permissioning for all shared data for the Phillips 66 windows network/domain.

Complete group lifecycle management which includes creation, deletion, de-provision, changes, and application testing of compliance excellence tool.

Responsible for data governance, compliance, and understands Phillips 66 company policies and digital standards.

Processes annual global compliance and attestation processes.

Interacting with internal and external audit teams to ensure integrity of data and applications.

Creating and updating procedural documentation for the team, while looking for continuous improvement opportunities in processes and automation of work.

Required Qualifications

Legally authorized to work in the job posting country

High school diploma or GED

1 or more years of experience in IT

Ability to effectively work under pressure and execute well in high visibility situations.

Ability to work well with others and across teams

Preferred Qualifications

Associates degree or higher

3 or more years of experience in IT

Strong problem solving and analytical skills
