As a Property Administrator in Boston, MA - you will be involved in all aspects of coordinating the tenants’ needs and requests with the maintenance staff - and will provide administrative support to the Property Management Staff in handling procedural paperwork. Additionally, you will be assisting in the daily operations of our portfolios and the coordination of building events to office management responsibility. You’ll have the opportunity to share your innovative ideas to continually improve how we manage our commercial properties.
What you bring:
  • 0 - 2 years’ experience in real estate or customer service-oriented field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus skills and experience
  • Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.
  • Familiarity with Avid Software
What success looks like:
  • You have an administrative background with excellent organizational skills with an ability to maintain accurate records.
  • You successfully Interface/follow up with maintenance staff to ensure requests are responded to in a timely manner.
  • You are very organized in a high-volume work environment; and detail-oriented.
  • You are able to work with and understand the problems and attitudes of tenants.
  • You coordinate building access activity (vendor, tenant, etc) with maintenance technicians.
  • You assist in preparing the monthly reports, invoices, COI's, annual budgets and business plans as requested.
