BCC Engineering is hiring a Project Revenue Accounting Manager for their Corporate Financing team as a Full-Time job in Miami, FL.

As a Project Revenue Accounting Manager, you will report to the Controller, playing an integral role in supporting the operations of BCC Engineering and its subsidiaries. The candidate will be responsible for the full cycle of the revenue recognition process, revenue forecasting, and billing cycle for the company. This position requires both managerial skills as well as ability to complete tasks and analysis. As a Project Revenue Accounting Manager, you will work with, guide, and mentor a team of professionals. .

Job Requirements:

• Responsible for all accounting functions directly related to revenue recognition (ASC-606), revenue forecasting, billings, collections, and limited AP
• Consistent involvement in financial reporting to key stakeholders within the company
• Hires, trains, and retains skilled accounting staff including project accountants, billers, A/P clerks, etc.
• Leads aspects of the process to develop, document, implement, maintain, communicate and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures, and controls
• Provides accurate and timely reporting of revenue under ASC 606
• Ensures compliance with ASC-606; research accounting issues for compliance as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, BA, or Finance OR a CPA
• 4+ years prior finance or accounting experience with 2+ years in revenue recognition
• At least 1 year of leadership/supervisory experience
• Willing to travel 5% of the time
