What you will enjoy doing

• You account for our Innovation Roadmap and Product requirements and coordinate technology and market scouting activities
• Further you will watch competitors and analyze ILE’s competitiveness
• You feedback customer voice from Proposal/Sales and Engineering
• In this role you will act as program/project manager for Innovation Roadmap elements from idea to proof of concept (experts from affiliated organizations and academia) and regularly refine the product segmentation and product target setting
• You will support development of holistic process simulation model from stack to system & big data mgmt
• In addition you will develop white papers on specific topics and represent ILE and represent ILE on fairs / exhibitions / conferences

What makes you great

• You hold a Master in Natural Sciences, Engineering or combined Engineering and Business Administration, further you are experienced in a cross-disciplinary teams, Ph.D. times are credited
• You are skilled in mechanical engineering and electro-chemical basics and will be fast learning
• Further you bring in a sound background in at least one of the key markets of Clean H2 such as Power, Chemistry, Fuels and Steel
• Project management competences are required for this role
• You will apply customer-orientation with good business acumen
• Additionally you can communicate and negotiate fluently in German and English, both verbally and in writing
• You have the drive to go the extra mile and you are willing to travel as needed, e.g. to suppliers/ customers and GreenH2 community events
