WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROJECT MANAGER (M/F/D) SERVICE EXCELLENCE & DIGITALIZATION AT ANY OF OUR EUROPEAN LOCATIONS OR REMOTELY.

Your tasks:

• You will take over the project management of international organizational and optimization projects.
• You will manage the organizational development from the initial idea to project initiation and implementation, primarily within the global business unit Service
• You will be responsible for the conceptual design, further development and implementation of processes for the development, roll-out and operation of new digital solutions
• You will ensure knowledge transfer between organizational units and stakeholders worldwide
• You will illustrate your results and present them regularly in various team and management meetings

• You have a high degree of responsibility and always perform tasks independently and in a goal-oriented manner
• In addition to your technical-commercial understanding, you bring a solution-oriented and careful way of working with you
• You have strong communication and moderation skills as well as a customer and service orientation
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English
