Role: Data Migration Project Manager
Duration: W2 Contract

Job Description:
As part of the ongoing migration to Oracle Cloud, we are in need of a Project Manager who will focus on our Data Migration efforts. This person will work alongside other Data Migration Project Managers, the Implementation Project Managers as well as Business Analysts to ensure all data elements are properly converted from the old legacy system into the new Oracle cloud system.

This candidate will have prior experience executing Data Migrations for ERP Systems. Specific experience with Oracle Cloud is not a must have but would be ideal. A general understanding of Order Management, Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules is also a plus.

They must have core Project Management skills to track and keep conversions moving through the various cycles within timeframe given.

Manage Conversion objects lifecycle per project

• Work with Project PM, business analysts, extraction teams, transformation teams and load teams
• Monitor progress of approximately 50 conversion objects through Mock1, Mock2 and Go Live cycles
• Facilitate their timely completion, including business and/or finance signoffs
• When roadblocks identified set meetings with appropriate mix of personnel to work through the issues

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of involvement with Data Migrations
• Working knowledge of FBDI Files
• Ability to communicate effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with business users, executive leaders, and team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with Oracle Cloud modules
• Minimum of 5 full cycle Cloud implementation projects

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $80.00 per hour
