We are a competitive and growing contract door and hardware distributor located about 30 miles northwest of Philadelphia, PA. With a brand-new facility (built 2020) we carry out a well-established professional mark that represents our business since 1947. We have an in-house UL-licensed hollow metal fabrication shop and offer hardware pre-installation, as well as a warehouse filled with product.

Our team is looking for a Project Manager with experience in all aspects of Division 8 contract sales.

Required skills include

• material take off
• understanding architectural drawings and specifications
• estimating
• sales negotiating
• submittals
• detailing
• ordering frames, doors, and hardware
• post-delivery problem resolution
• experience in the full Allegion and ASSA-Abloy line of factory direct products

This is an in-office, not a work-from-home, position.

The candidate must be proficient in using Division 8 submittal software, order processing software, and the full Microsoft suite. The candidate must also have a team mindset, being able to work with and complement our current team.

Salary commensurate with experience.

$5,000.00 signing bonus conditional to the employee remaining on the job for two years. If not, the bonus must be paid back to the company.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
