PROJECT MANAGER
Full time position available in the fast-paced environment of a sign design, production, an installation company. The position primarily serves as the project liaison between sales, design and quality, manufacturing management and the customer.
Responsibilities
Management of overall projects and schedules from start-to-finish: concept development, site survey, design approval, change orders, permits/licenses, pre-install approvals, project completion/close-out.
Requirements
- Associates/Bachelor’s degree and/or experience emphasizing Project Management
- Able to set priorities and manage multiple projects tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and/or architectural renderings
- Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally within the organization
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, ability to do research on the internet)
- Strong verbal and written communicator, with an acute eye for detail
- Outstanding phone etiquette and Customer Service skills
- Availability to perform limited travel to customer locations
- Willing to follow and/or create defined systems
- Positive attitude and the desire for professional growth
Preferred Skills & Experiences
- Previous work in the sign industry or background in architecture
- Graphic design experience (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Flexi Sign)
- Associates degree or higher
