What you’ll achieve
We are currently seeking a Consultant Project/Program Management to join the Portfolio Delivery Office in the Security and Resiliency Office. The Program Manager / RTE will join Dell’s Security & Resiliency Office to deliver critical initiatives aligned to Dell’s Security roadmap, supporting our Cyber Security function. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and fast-moving, with the ability to lead both Waterfall / Agile programs and eager to be part of a growing Security team.

You will:

• Provide strategic guidance and track all assigned Waterfall and Agile programs from planning/initiation through delivery; conduct regular reviews with finance and technology teams, and customers to ensure the program objectives and milestones are on track.

• Responsible for highly complex large sized programs where impact is on the entire function or process, capable of supporting initiatives across Security functions and be Capable of operating within and communicating with teams using Waterfall / Agile practices – as a Program Manager / RTE.

• Monitor and coach Project Managers / Scrum Masters. Resolve/escalate impediments.

• Define and monitor project/Agile team resources; identifies and allocates resources as necessary to ensure Waterfall/Agile program deliverables are met and Facilitate Pre and Pi Planning events, Scrum of Scrums, ART sync and System Demo.

• Influence and manage continuous improvement of Waterfall/Agile processes, practices, and initiatives and Strong awareness of industry trends, business conditions and internal processes and practices to meet Waterfall/Agile delivery requirements..

Essential Requirements

• Proficient in multiple modes of project delivery including Waterfall and Agile; conceptual and functional knowledge of Scaled Agile and Scrum and Working knowledge of Jira.

• Ability to lead and influence a diverse group of stakeholders and to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing, shifting priorities and flexibility across time zones.

• Ability to prepare and present at senior leadership levels.

• Ensures rigorous attention to detail in all work activities and products.

• Results-driven and accountability-minded and Strong background in negotiating and conflict management.

Desirable Requirements

• Proficient written and spoken English language skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

• 8+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, Agile Release Train Engineer.

• PMI / Agile certifications preferred.

• Prior experience in Cyber Security program management preferred.
