Raytheon Technologies is seeking an experienced and cleared Project Integrator in the Herndon, VA area. This position will support a high level Customer office with Marketing, Communications, and Front Office support. The right candidate will prepare highlights, presentations and annual reports for Senior level review; work independently and collaboratively with the Customer to coordinate and develop products; Gather, analyze, and compose technical information; conducts research and ensures the use of proper technical terminology. They will be responsible for Interpreting Customer requirements for SharePoint development and design; Support the development of all types of documents and reports by developing and updating graphics presentations to improve the quality and enhance the usability of these documents; Provide multimedia and/or Graphic design support in design, development and delivery for various products; Develop new concepts, specialty content, oversees production of materials for on-time review and delivery; and will track actions and respond to high level written tasking.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide administrative duties for SR personnel (access to systems, vault access, employee check-in/check-out, etc.)

  • Create and coordinate responses to SR assigned corporate action in the corporate action tool to include dissemination of actions from outside organizations to appropriate SR divisions and follow through to completion; coordinate and combine disparate responses into single, coherent response

  • Serve as focal point for all SR actions and data calls

  • Individual in this position provides support in the areas of strategic planning, support to technical efforts within the Center by contributing to Sponsor programs and projects

  • Attends and contributes to Sponsor related project control gates that utilize Project Management Framework (PMF)

  • Interfaces with the IC and industry on common programs, goals and objectives, such as those found in the Sponsor Roadmap

  • Support and represent Sponsor in efforts related to mission planning

  • Plan and facilitate weekly SR wide Project Management Reviews (PMRs) to include drafting agenda with meeting chair, scheduling briefers, reviewing briefings, serving as secretariat, recording actions, and drafting minutes for chair review

  • Leverage experience across the Center, Group, and external offices

  • Provide support and secretariat duties to SR Boards

  • Provide support to SRG level boards (GCB, Field Call Cell, Corporate Board)

  • Service as backup focal point for all SRG actions and data calls as needed/requested

  • Draft corporate communications with Sponsor, and disseminate corporate communications

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated experience working well with large diverse teams, alone and with mission partners as required

  • Strong understanding of Customer environment

  • Ability to effectively manage several projects simultaneously in a rapidly paced environment

  • Experience creating graphic designs for marketing materials and SharePoint site

  • Experience using publishing software such as InDesign, Publisher or Quarkxpress

  • Experience using graphic software such as Photoshop

  • Strong experience/skill in using Microsoft Office Product Suite

  • Must be able to take technical notes/highlights and prepare them for non-technical audiences with the intent of ensuring the content is easy to understand and reflects the impact and importance of the activity

  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to work with different levels to capture the highlights accurately

  • Ability to work and deliver on short suspense tasking/products in a fast paced potentially stressful environment

  • Strong writing, oral communications, and presentation skills

  • Ability to prepare an Annual Report maximizing the marketing potential of the yearly activity using narrative, graphics, photography, etc.

  • Ability to Incorporates/Implement changes to schedule

  • Working knowledge of Customer’s organization, internal policies and processes

  • Willing to “go the extra mile” in customer service and effort in ensuring that time critical requirements are met

  • Ability to work as part of a team of very strong personalities in a very dynamic environment

  • Highly mission oriented

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of Customer field communications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Graphics Design

  • 5 years’ experience in preparing published products

  • Past experience working with Senior Managers in the Government or Private Sector

  • Knowledge of customer software, systems, policies, procedures

  • Knowledge of Project Management Framework procedures employing full life cycle program management

Additional Requirements

  • No travel is anticipated for this position

  • 8 years of related experience

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications or similar, and a minimum of eight (8) years of experience

  • Eight (8) years of experience can be considered in lieu of a degree for a total of sixteen (16) years of experience

Must have TS/SCI with Poly on day one of employment and must be eligible for crossover
