Project Coordinator

Dermatology Associates of Tallahassee and Dermatology Southeast, a busy and growing medical practice with offices across the North Florida and South Georgia region, are looking for a responsible project coordinator to administer all types of projects from simple activities to more complex initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the management of multiple inter-dependent and simultaneous projects. These include projects of all types and scopes as assigned by upper management. Examples include, but are not limited to, financial projects, real estate development, new clinic openings, and reviewing various types of contracts (leases, operating agreements, etc...). Must have the ability to utilize spreadsheets and other tools to help organize the project process. Coordinate the activities of project teams and assist in disseminating information across all affected stakeholders. Schedule meetings as necessary to keep any project on schedule. Maintain project control process, including a structure to manage and track changes in project scope.

Requirements:

Strong communications skills, as you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on a deadline. Excellent time management is important to be successful in this position. Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role. Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
