Program Supervisor, Multisystemic Therapy Program, Allegany County (part-time)
This is a specialized staff position within the Child and Adolescent Programs of Sheppard Pratt which requires knowledge of the special needs of children and adolescents with behavioral and emotional disabilities, and their families. Primary responsibilities, under the supervision of The Manager of the Multisystemic Program, include coordination of and provision of direct clinical and case management services with strict adherence to the MST model. This position requires a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of families being served.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Master’s degree in a related human services field.
- Maryland active / current licensure (LCPC, LCSWC, LMSW) required
- Completion of the MST 5-day Training and MST Supervisor Training
- Two years of significant clinical experience in treating youth and families.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, ability to navigate through applications and utilize keyboard
- Safe driving record; three or less points on driving record.
- Satisfactory C&A CPS, Federal and State Background Checks
- Works a flexible schedule to meet family and program needs including evening or weekends.
- Requires On-Call availability
Experience
Required- Two years of significant clinical experience in treating youth and families.
Education
Required- Masters or better
Licenses & Certifications
Required- Lic Cert Soc Wkr-Clinical
- Lic Prof Clin Counselor
- Lic Master Social Worker
