RSi is seeking a Program Integrator to join our team supporting our customer on Redstone Arsenal.

Position Description Summary

Duties will include providing programmatic support, principally responsible for the cost, schedule, and performance of all assigned efforts and contract actions required to integrate systems into the AH-64E Apache. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Support priorities and forecast / allocate approved resources to execute efforts within established Cost / Schedule / Performance requirements.
  • Provide accurate forecasting for existing and emerging program funding requirements supporting the AH-64 aircraft.
  • Coordinate development of Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE)
  • Support in maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule for all assigned efforts.
  • Provide support in monitoring, assessing, coordinating, analyzing, and integrating component programs/activities in support of the overall program.
  • Participate in and organize Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), technical working groups, and other milestone reviews/events to include Platform integration support activities to include test planning & airworthiness substantiation.
  • Identify Risks, Issues and Opportunities, support the development of corrective action plans and maintain oversight of execution of said plans to ensure that the issue/risk is resolved.
  • Report status of projects accurately and timely including key issues, delays in timelines, and timely escalation to key stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Work with Army Contracting Command (ACC) and contractors to resolve issues to maximize contract performance in support of the Government.
  • Support preparation of complete Contracts Requirements Packages (CRP) to include Statements of Work (SOW), Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs), Acquisition Plans, and contracting strategies.
  • Support technical evaluations of contractor proposals and formulate contract-pricing objectives.
Some travel may be required.


Required Experience/Education

  • Master's Degree + 10 years or Bachelor's Degree + 12 years experience, including project/program management & analytics.
  • Must have an active and transferrable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level; must be able to maintain the required clearance.
  • Experience managing DoD products across the acquisition life cycle spectrum.
  • Ability to coordinate, plan and synchronize programmatic efforts with external agencies and stakeholders ex: National Security Agency, Industry partners, ASA ALT, SRD and the Army Futures Command.
  • Ability to schedule and manage resources.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to effectively communicate through both verbal and written communication between multiple stakeholders both government and contractor.
Security Clearance Requirement: Secret Security Clearance

  • Requires ability to provide clear, concise, accurate, and timely communication, both verbally and written
  • Ability to interact professionally with coworkers, management, and customers
  • Requires ability to travel domestically (within the U.S.) <15%


Physical Requirements:

  • Requires sitting for extended periods of time at a workstation / desk
  • Ability to lift >10 lbs.

Other Essential Functions:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, make rational decisions, and to exercise good judgment
  • Work attire must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk / hazard to the employee or others


This position may be eligible for work from home flexibility subject to customer requirements.
