Position Description:
Position Title: Program Coordinator - RMC Health

Program Summary:
The Program Coordinator provides program, fiscal, graphic design, and technical support that ensures RMC Health operates its program effectively and efficiently. The Program Coordinator supports colleagues through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication, including preparing materials, meeting set-up, correspondence, and note-taking.
Essential Functions:
- Program Support
- Provide proof-reading, editing, design, and layout support for program materials and resources.
- Provide virtual and onsite logistical, production and technical support before, during and after meetings and training sessions.
- Data entry of participant information and evaluation data into Salesforce and other databases.
- Support the design of asynchronous learning modules for youth and adults.
- Design and implement operational systems to increase organization efficiency.
- Support outreach for Out of State (Out of Colorado) Second Chance online program and provide technical troubleshooting support to users of the online program.
- Provide technical support for the RMC Health Program Department across a variety of platforms (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Suite, GSuite, Jotform, Egnyte).
- Support the vendor registration process for business development contracts and/or product sales.
- Liaise with external vendors and review contracts.
- Support event planning and coordination.
- Coordinate website updates.
- Administrative support for the VP Programs.

Education and Experience Qualifications -
- Bachelor's degree preferred; significant work experience may substitute for degree.
- Experience with office administration/management.
- Strong graphic design skills.
- Experience with asynchronous platforms preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks with accuracy and respond to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of MacOS in addition to Microsoft suite, Adobe Design suite, Google suite, Canva and Asana.
- Experience with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management system preferred.
The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range is $39,200-$49,000.
Expected hours of work - Hours of work are generally normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
Travel - Minimal (less than 5%), as necessary and safe
Work environment -This role is remote or could be hybrid in Chicago.
Physical demands
The work is sedentary and usually accomplished while the candidate is comfortably seated at a desk or table; extended periods are required. Items carried typically are light objects such as briefcases, notebooks, and data processing reports. Extensive use of computer equipment requires frequent telephone or virtual meeting activity.
