Professional Pet Sitter / Dog Walker

We are looking for a true animal lover to provide occasional pet sitting in the Riverside area of Jacksonville. You would provide occasional drop-in visits, dog walks, and overnight care for our clients, as requested. You should live in and be able to service clients in the Riverside / Murray Hill / Springfield / San Marco areas.

Becoming part of the Bad to the Bone team is a great source of supplemental income for someone with a flexible schedule! There are no guaranteed hours for this position, there may be no work at all some weeks, while other weeks could be very busy.

We are an award-winning team of licensed, insured, bonded, and background-checked pet sitters and dog walkers covering Northeast and Central Florida.

*This is a great job for retirees, at-home parents, and college students*

This is not regular work - you should have a separate reliable source of income. We work whenever the clients need us, which is usually around once a month, more so during the Summer and on holidays.

Requirements:

-be 18 years of age or older
-pass a background check
-have flexible availability, including overnight availability. Most clients request morning, midday, and evening visits; however, they may request any time, day or night.
-have reliable transportation and be willing to travel up to 30 minutes for visits
-be available for an initial meet and greet at no charge to clients
-have the ability to react quickly, solve problems by thinking on your feet
