To inspire and lead the production unit and our professional people, we’re looking for an openminded business- and people-growth oriented leader. Since the position includes the legal responsibility for the site, being able to represent the company in a good way is a must.
- PRODUCTION MANAGER
- Normally scheduled Monday through Friday but may require other days as needed.
- Normally first shift (1st) but may require additional hours or other shifts as needed.
Job Description
- Works with other managers to formulate objectives
- Sets goals and coordinates the efforts of production personnel.
- Plans, organizes, and over sees production to meet standard operating procedures, specifications, and deadlines
- Ensures for working equipment and procuring materials
- Monitors production and resolves issues
- Assesses projects and resource requirements
- Develops annual budget, tracks expenses and cost savings initiatives
- Supervises, manages, educates, develops, and grows production personnel to ensure for a competent workforce

Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or related operations experience
- 5+ years’ experience in a supervisory or management role
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ensures for compliance with health, safety, and employment laws
