Supervisory Responsibilities:

u Supervise Analyzer production employees

u Ability to interface and handle any situations that may arise with employees.

u Prioritize Analyzer runs.

u Ability to multitask

u Setting up daily tasks for the Analyzer production staff

u Conduct training with employees on designated processes.

u Monitor analyzer stock levels and ensure that all raw parts are ordered on time.

u Assist in quality control.

u Ensure that all orders are fulfilled within the specified lead times given by sales.

u Maintained training records, RMA’s, maintenance and calibrations records as needed.

u Annual reviews of all sensor production employees.

u Electronic testing

Department:

MA = Manufacturing Analyzer

Reports To:

Operations Manager

Summary of Position:

u Plan organize and direct production activities to meet or exceed production goals.

u Perform in process quality assurance inspections.

u Ensure that employees have the required safety training and are consistently working in a safe manor.

u Ensure that operational supplies are on hand, and available at all times.

u Assign duties and monitor quality of work; assure production staff conforms to organizational policies and procedures.

u Assist in training.

u Ensure that all paperwork is always completed and up to date.

Work Environment:

u 15,000 sf air-conditioned production area

u Majority of work is done sitting down.

u In some areas eye protection is required.

u Latex or latex-free gloves are provided for some manufacturing procedures.

Competency / Qualifications Required:

u 5 years minimum production experience

u Ability to perform under pressure

u Ability to multitask

u Proficient in supervising and motivating subordinates.

u Ability to read, understand and follow work instruction.

u Ability to set up and run production processes

u Excellent written and oral communication skills.

u Strong organizational, problem-solving skills

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

u Manage Analyzer production employees

u Deal with the day to day issues.

u Problem solver.

u Conduct inspections

u Maintain DHR’s, training logs, RMA’s and other paperwork.

Authorities for Position:

u Manage Analyzer production employees, reprimand if needed.

u Ensure orders are shipped on time.

u Raw parts are ordered on time

u All paperwork is up to date.

u Help manage Analyzer stock room

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
