Trimmer

• Trims the flashline on all parts molded during their shift.
• Conducts first part inspections on all parts that are started during their shift.
• Properly handles parts to avoid damage to the product.
• Sets up and operates hand tools and fixtures in a safe and efficient manner. Returns tools, materials, molds and other equipment to their proper storage areas when not in use.

Assembler

• Transport product into and out of work area
• Perform visual inspection of every product
• Use hand tools to install components and repair quality defects
• Use fixtures or templates to apply decals and labels
• Package completed product
• Complete essential responsibilities on time and with a minimum of errors
• Professional interaction with staff, suppliers, and customers

Foamer

• Ability to operate all stations of the foaming area
• Perform preparation steps to all product prior to foaming
• Communicate effectively with trimmers and assemblers to ensure successful transition of product
• Successful completion of auto drill station, foam gun operation, plugging operation and loading/unloading of fixtures while maintaining cosmetic standards
• Accurate record keeping of all information through the foam work center operation log
• Adherence to safety practices while performing foaming operations

Molder/ Machine Operator

• Sets up and operates molding machine in a safe and efficient manner.
• Reads and follows the molding process sheets, correcting any errors immediately, in writing, to their supervisor or lead person.
• Keeps their work area clean and organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
