Frontier Lubricants is a California based manufacturer and seller of premium quality lubricant products. Our target markets are direct sales, to agriculture, industrial, manufacturing, mining, construction, and food processing plants, etc. We offer a complete line of lubricants for each market including food grade, mineral-based, semi-synthetic, and full synthetic products. Currently, we are seeking a Production Associate to join our growing team!
Essential Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned
· Produce products as needed following the Build Sheet and verbal/written instructions each day.
· Receive and answer calls from Production Lead and management about warehouse orders and needs.
· Pulls orders from transfer/stock orders and load lists, handle product to the Company standards to ensure product is in good condition and undamaged during the pulling process.
· Performs count and weigh product for inventory recording.
· Prepare pallets for LTL shipments when directed.
· Load trucks in a safe manner, and according to Company standards using fork lifts.
· Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
· Communicates with Warehouse Production Lead and Supervisor about inventory levels to determine product rationing.
· Package and repackage finished products.
· Maintain Bridge online training each month via App or Computer.
Qualifications:
· While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
· The employee is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and taste or smell.
· The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds (this includes the ability to push and pull).
· Must be able to frequently lift/push and roll 55-gallon drums (weighing at 450 pounds) on and off the lift gate.
· Must be able to operate a forklift.
· Specific vision abilities required by this job include peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
· The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
· The employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions.
· The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
