The “DG Team' is seeking a Production Associate that will bring their expertise to the final touch of the manufacturing process of its products while adhering to quality standards.

Responsibilities Include:

• Performing all aspects of the finishing process for Dayton Granger's parts, including masking manufactured parts prior to sand and paint.

• Touch -up painted parts prior to quality inspection.
• Buff or polish and imperfections on parts to meet our workmanship and industry standards for parts finishing.
• Assigned other tasks by management
• Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies.

Qualifications Needed:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent
• Must have good eye-hand coordination and be detailed oriented
• Must be a go-getter with focus on obtaining quality results
• Visual Abilities: close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral and depth vision, and ability to adjust to focus.
• Physical Demands: able to use various hand and air tools; lift, push and pull up to 25 pounds.
