Stribling Equipment, LLC is one of the largest John Deere Dealerships selling new and used construction, compaction, forestry, and concrete equipment in Mississippi, West Tennessee, and Arkansas. We also provide parts and service, as well as rental equipment, and training services. Because of continued growth, we are looking for a Product Support Coordinator to join our team in Philadelphia, MS.

Training
As a Stribling Equipment Product Support Coordinator, you will enroll in our 90-day training program that will involve job shadowing and training by experienced team members, training from the various departments with which you will interact on a regular basis, and exposure to our corporate culture and leadership. This field-based training will assist in your education of our industry, customers, and solutions as well as allow you to observe the skills taught in action.
Qualifications:
- Work experience in Agriculture, Construction, or Forestry Background preferred
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field such as: Business Administration, Agriculture Economics, Agricultural Engineering, Agribusiness, Construction Management, Forest Resource Management, etc. is desired; work experience may be considered in lieu of education
- Proficient with computers and software systems such as Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based programs
- Practical mechanical knowledge
- Solid customer service skills with excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
- Self-motivation and good time management skills are essential
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Must be detail oriented, organized, and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must have the ability to work well within a team environment
