Who we’re looking for:
We're looking for a Product Owner to join our team. This position will be responsible for collaboratively building and growing our eCommerce and Store Technology.

- You’ll lead the charge as an evangelist for your customers and product
- Optimize opportunities and activate resources to build world class eCommerce experiences
And here’s what we think you’re like:
- You’ve got a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an agile product owner role directly interacting with Scrum software teams
- You’ve worked with eCommerce and Store technology and teams.
- You can assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
- You can effectively turn ideas into product backlog items with a clear definition, refine them with a development team, prioritize them for an iteration, and help the team reach the finish line.
- You provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
- Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.
- Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
- You’re ready to jump into an energetic startup atmosphere with a hands-on, passionate leadership team – success is a team sport at Edible!
You’ll really stand out from the pack if:
- Previous working experience as a Product Owner for 5+years
- Working experience with API documentation including interface specification document
- Bachelors in computer science, information systems or similar relevant field
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
- You lean on the force multiplier of collaborative problem-solving instead of prescribing solutions – bonus points if you’ve solved problems with multiple people on a whiteboard simultaneously.
- You’re developing an entrepreneurial instinct and keep an eye out for opportunities to help your customers and company alike.
- You value learning from the market over analysis paralysis
- You’ve embraced design thinking and can leverage the processes to solve problems
- You channel high energy into a proactive approach with customers and peers
- You’re a natural connector who rallies matrixed roles into an effective team
- You’re insatiably curious and a true lifelong learner
- You have good working knowledge of modern software architecture and processes
