We are engaging, collaborative, social and our goal is to Welcome to ThrifTasticly Chic! I'm the owner of an online vintage shop that specializes in clothing & rare finds from the 1800s-90s. I am very outgoing, fun & passionate about my business. Looking for someone whose responsible & about their work. Someone I can trust to work with me or from home. Someone not afraid to give suggestions or dive into some dirty work if needed. My main focus is to organize my inventory and write out/sell as much of my inventory on Ebay & Etsy as possible. I work from home with 3 furry friends. So hope your not allergic, I have 3 cats. I’m a one woman team & I need help! Looking to add two amazing people to the family!! .

SALARY:

- $18 an hour; Taxes must be claimed

- FREE Lunch included when on location

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Basic administrative / secretarial work related to EBay / Etsy store

- Build inventory list / create system

- Organize inventory

- Review inventory; check for damages; what items need cleaning; measurements; steaming & store as needed

- Research inventory for pricing & ad information

- Write titles/ descriptions & SEO words for Etsy and or EBay ads

- Social media marketing help (IG, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, etc)

- Edit Photo’s & take photos of inventory

- Marketing strategies to build the store brand

- Post live listings on social media sites for marketing purposes

- Scout auctions / estate sales / products for me to consider checking out or purchasing for the store

- Scout Popups & new social media methods to help people find us

SKILLS NEEDED:

- Marketplace listing experience (eBay, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace etc.)

- Good writing skills for creating compelling product listings that will sell

- Knowledge of Excel & Microsoft Word in order to create product inventory list & other things as needed

- General knowledge of Vintage & Antiques

- Photo editing skills

- Marketing knowledge a plus

- SEO knowledge or understanding of it

- Good work ethic & able to work independently with little to no minimal supervision

- Team player

- Not afraid to get down & dirty
