Position Overview

The Product Line Manager will manage a diverse portfolio of ZeroNox-owned brands. Some of these brands include electric UTVs and electric forklifts powered by ZeroNox advanced powertrain technology. The Product Line Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the product line(s) from working with our manufacturing partners on product design improvements to supporting our sales, service and support channels for each product to ensure all aspects of the product line are running efficiently.

Job Duties

• Manage the end-to-end experience for each product line that you own.
• Work closely with customers, internal stakeholders and management to define product strategy.
• Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and business requirements for each product line and ensure that those requirements are consistently communicated to improve each product line.
• Regularly review product lines to solve deficiencies, regulatory compliance issues and other relevant issues to ensure product lines are operating efficiently.
• Establish a distributor and dealership advisory council for the respective product lines to ensure consistent communication for product and process improvements to better support these sales channels and to bring relevant product improvements to our manufacturing partners.
• Work with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to effectively operate the product line for each business unit.
• Provide competitive analysis for each product line, including analyzing market trends, identifying market opportunities, and advising on pricing decisions.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with suppliers for each product line.
• Oversee service and support needs for each product line that you manage.
• Work with cross-functional teams to create bulletins and memos for distributors, dealerships, and customers to communicate product updates, announcements, trainings, warranty items, recalls, etc.
• Ensure that service and support teams at distributors and dealerships have adequate processes, training, and resources to service the products we supply them.
• Proactively assess areas of improvement for the product lines and within the business to ensure successful operation of each product line and ultimately drive success for the company.

• A natural leader, strategic thinker, project manager; willing to be involved in any minor detail, but able to delegate to professionally develop those that work on your team.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a management professional
• Product management experience a plus.
• Team leadership experience a plus.

Working Conditions

• Office setting, constant sitting, working on a computer, occasional lifting and warehouse conditions
• Travels to expos and events and other related business activities may be required
