Do you want to support the Consulting – Products & Assets Team in combining Human Intelligence (us) and Artificial Intelligence (software)? At Deloitte Products we develop and run several innovative commercial software products which are used by clients all over the world. Your impact:

We are looking for a Product Designer to be part of a dynamic team to build and enhance the user interface and experience of our SaaS / digital products going beyond corporate and geographical borders.


  • B2B
    : You will be an advocate for good design and processes and tackle challenges across a wide range of digital products in the B2B context.
  • Product discovery: You will reveal insights through the product discovery phase and build intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs. You will inspire other domains (e.g., infrastructure, front end) with your creative approaches and solutions.
  • Design: You will demonstrate strong visual design skills for using and enhancing the design system with an eye for pixel-perfect design and knowledge of modern web and mobile UX.
  • Responsibility: You will take ownership of your work including planning design activities, documenting and communicating your work, testing solutions.
  • Teamwork: You will collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to prioritize and shape the backlog, roadmap, and vision of a product based on user insights & feedback, business and technical requirements, data, and other factors.


Your skillset:


  • Minimum three years of full-time experience in digital product design
    , UI/UX design (B2B experience is a plus).
  • You are familiar with design thinking methodologies and passionate about planning and facilitating workshops. You enjoy working in a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with engineers, and product owners.
  • Detailed designer with an eye for pixel-perfect designs, passionate about building design systems.
  • Experience in using design software and building prototypes (Figma is a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills (German is a plus).
