In your new role you will:

• With minimal supervision carry out engineering tasks related to the daily production requirements of Fab 25 Implant on B-Shift (nights
• Address particle and Rs failures on produc t and qualification
• Assist operators with anything inhibiting production activities (eg: Test wafers, quals , etc
• Receive/deliver daily area status reports from/to day shift
• Assist equipment maintenance with understanding and identifying causes of process failure
• Assist process engineers with tasks and projects
• Analyze inline process data, such as thickness and particle measurements , to create an action plan to return equipment to production.
• Assist in running production , as needed

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• AA degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 0-1 years directly related experience
• Prefer experience in Implant
• Must be proficient in Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• Must be able to follow company specs and standard practices
• Must be able to work with operation , engineering, and maintenance personnel to achieve production goals.
• Must be reliable and flexible to change.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Ideal candidate will have experience with E500 , Genus, Vista810,VIISion and VIISta Ion implanterts, Mattson plasma strippers, sulfuricsinks, Thermawave optiprobes, KLA-Tencor Surfscan tool and MS Officeproducts.
