Attention all process improvement enthusiasts! Are you a highly motivated leader with a passion for driving quality and process improvements? We are currently seeking a Continuous Process Improvement Lead to take charge of daily and long-range improvement activities for a global manufacturer.

Position: Process Improvement Lead

Location: Pryor, OK

Comp: $110k-$115k

As the Continuous Process Improvement Lead, you will be a key player in the deployment and sustainability of the lean production system (LPS). Your passion for promoting and supporting a continuous improvement mindset within the plant will drive success.

We need a results-oriented leader who can reduce planned downtime by standardizing changeover and cleaning times. In addition, you will share best practices with the other CI Leads across their plants and coordinate safety and quality management systems for the company.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the packaging industry, along with a minimum of 3 years' experience in TQM, SPC, or ISO 9001. Experience in the papermill industry and expertise in safety is required, and a background in Chemical Engineering (Environmental, Mechanical, Industrial) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
As the Continuous Process Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that quality assurance standards and existing policies and procedures are evaluated for their effectiveness in supporting our company's quality programs. You will also plan, promote, and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.

Requirements:
Working knowledge of ERP systems is a must, and familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants, including Process Safety Management, OSHA regulations, EPA regulations, EEOC guidelines, and FDA regulations (where applicable), state and local requirements is highly desirable.
