ATTC Manufacturing, a Tier 2 automotive supplier, is opening a new facility in Jeffersonville, IN, and we are seeking a Process Engineer Assistant Manager. Established in 2000, ATTC specializes in machining brake drums, brake rotors, steering knuckles, carriers, and differential cases. The Production Engineer Assistant Manager plans, directs and coordinates all activities of the Engineering department.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1) oversee daily workflow of the department; 2) Assess cost effectiveness and feasibility of manufacturing processes and makes recommendations to reduce costs and improve efficiency; 3) Supervises tooling operations, ensuring all work in performed accurately and according to quality and safety standards; and, 4) prepares and implements department budget

The successful candidate will have the following: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; 3-5 years’ experience as an Engineer Manager; a thorough understanding of plant engineering, industrial engineering, and tooling; have strong communication and relational skills; be hands on in the facility; and demonstrate strong organization skills. Experience in the Automotive Industry is preferred.
